The GAMMA DIAMOND GD50 blood glucose meter is intended for external use (in vitro diagnostics) for both self-monitoring by people with diabetes at home and by doctors in medical institutions to monitor the effectiveness of diabetes treatment. The device is designed for the quantitative measurement of glucose (sugar) levels in whole blood samples taken from the finger, palm, forearm, upper arm, calf, or thigh. It should not be used for diagnosing diabetes or for testing newborns.

The GAMMA DIAMOND GD 50 blood glucose meter is equipped with a universal sound signal. This signal overcomes language barriers, providing a universal method of notification that is accessible to all patients with diabetes, including those with visual impairments.
